RYAN DIXON

Head InstructorRyan is a black belt under Ishmael Bentley with over five years of teaching experience at M Theory HQ and as the head kids instructor at Hamel Jiu-Jitsu. His love for the problem-solving nature of grappling drives his teaching approach every day.He brings high energy, clear instruction, and a fun, challenging learning environment to every class. Outside of Jiu-Jitsu, Ryan enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, who is a brown belt.

DAN MANOSACK

Kids Head InstructorDan brings a unique blend of athletic toughness and creative excellence to M Theory West. A former school wrestler and Golden Fork Award–winning chef, he has spent over five years teaching kids Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on technical clarity, high energy, and an inclusive training environment.Dan is passionate about helping students improve on and off the mats, and he’s excited to contribute to the growth of M Theory West.

Gi InstructorLukas is a skilled black belt known for his clear, precise teaching style and deep understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. His experience on the mats and ability to break down complex concepts make him a standout instructor for students of all levels.
Dedicated, patient, and highly technical, Lukas brings a strong coaching presence to M Theory West. He’s committed to helping students grow confidently and develop a well-rounded, effective Jiu-Jitsu game.

Floating InstructorEfim supports instruction across M Theory West, assisting with classes and student development.He believes Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone and values the positive impact it has on people both on and off the mats.Efim enjoys being actively involved at the academy and is passionate about helping M-Theory West continue to grow as a strong, supportive place for students of all ages.
